"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We own the dance center next doors. I would recommend their food to ALL our students and sent them business for over 4yrs!! Tonight for the 1st time in 5yrs we asked them to make a correction in the food order. We ordered steamed vegetables dumplings! They understood steamed vegetables. Even if our student said the wrong thing, we have had such a long standing customer loyalty to this place and NEVER asked for an order correction. We kindly explained this to them and they said too bad. They refused to correct the order they messed up and demanded that we pay for a new order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NONE of our students will ever go back to them. Absolutely disgusting! As a local small business to another, this is no way to operate or treat your long term loyal clients."
