"Rude and worst dunkin ever. Coffee is wrong half the time and they forget the straws most times. Today was the final straw, though the old woman with the darker hair refused to do and add-on of a donut at the window because her timer wasn't good, which is bull. She always has a bad attitude. I feel bad for the younger people that work there if she is a lead."

"We went to dunkin in Marlborough ct on 11/12/23. Wanted an iced coffee. A young girl that was working there gave us in line dirty looks. There was way too much ice in there and hardly any coffee. If I wanted a plastic cup full of ice I would have requested that. I will not go back there. No taste at all to the cup of ice. I will pay more and go to Starbucks. I give this DD a 1."

"I am NEVER coming back to this dunkin again. let me tell you why. It all started when my friend mentioned the marlborough dunkin and i hadn’t ever been. i was SO excited to visit a new coffee place in town. I was so excited that i brushed my teeth for a good 45 minutes before i get in my car to get a donut and cup of joe. when i took my first bite it tasted weird, it tasted like toothpaste. I. Was. Disgusted. i try to wash it down with the black coffee i ordered, AND THAT TASTED LIKE TOOTHPASTE TOO. i drove home angry and defeated, i will never return to this establishment."

"You have an extremely rude person working in your location. I ordered my coffee with whipped cream and it isn’t the end of the world that it wasn’t on it but I asked nicely if they could add it since that’s what I had ordered and she said it costs extra so I need to add it on my mobile app when I order. I explained that I did that. I was looking right at my order receipt and it was on there. She was rude as hell saying “no You didn’t” in a super sarcastic tone. The girl who took my order was very nice and knew the other lady (who made my coffee) was being obnoxious so she went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. Thank you to that girl for providing good customer service. As for the other girl, we all have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers."

"WARNING ⚠️ the reviews seem to all be bad because people don’t feel the need to post their good experiences and only the bad ones. Also the location has changed! The GPS is right, but the pictures are wrong! It’s not in a tan building, it’s a dark ish building with an ombré effect on a part of it. The picture of the sign and the picture with the motorcycles, incorrect. Anywho, I come here occasionally and have gotten numerous items and non of them have been messed up or damaged in a any way, so in most cases your order is fine. (I recommend the frozen hot chocolate, it’s not just chocolate milk it’s better) but the staff is slacking off. I mean, what do you expect from a fast food place lol, but this was somehow worse than McDonald’s. The lady had a trashy appearance, smelled AWFUL and gave me a rude look while I was ordering. She also rolled her eyes numerous times, and closed her eyes and rested them in her hands while I was speaking to her. Very rude. I haven’t seen her in a while so I’m glad."
