"UPDATE: You would think that with all the horrific reviews, that whoever is responding would offer to take action directly rather than asking me to do something more. If I was responsible for the performance of a location like this, I'd be horrified to see all the bad comments being left and try to fix it. Sonic should be escalating all the bad feedback without further delay. That tells me that Sonic has zero interest in correcting anything. Where is the bulldozer? Someone should be getting fired. Making a park out of this property would be a more productive use of space! We couldn't even order the last time around, not at either kiosk near the tables, nor at a stall. Why? No one would answer after pressing the call button. Haven't been back in over a year because of this and it's unlikely we will try again. Seeing lots of other reviews that say something similar. Time to bulldoze this place and make it a park or something more productive."
"We came here for lunch hoping for a good meal and parked at one of the stalls. After we figured out what we wanted, we pressed the button, and after at least five minutes of waiting, someone finally came on the speaker but talked way too fast and it was way too much static and no one could hear whatever they said at all.We waited for a little longer until we pulled out of the stall and parked in the lot. We ordered online and it told us to pull into a stall, push the button, and someone would bring the food to us. We did that, and after two minutes of waiting, the same thing happened where someone talked but it was not understandable. We eventually went up to the front of the building hoping to talk to someone and get our food, but there was nothing. So we went through the drive thru and told them we had an app order, and they told us to go to the window. We did, and someone came through the window and asked for our card. We gave it to them, but then said we got it on the app and had already paid for it. He asked for the name of the order and we told him, just for him to wait there for a moment and ask for the name again, and after we told him for a second time he went back into the store from the window. A minute later another person came through the window and gave us our food. All in all it took an hour for us to even get our food. We parked and ate it, and it was horrible. The pretzel twists were mediocre in their own and the cheese sauce made it even worse. I had some tater tots, which were cold, dry, and tasted like a 50 year old man’s bath water. Would not recommend, don’t eat here. We also got the wrong drink which made us very upset. If I could give negative stars, I would, and I am not going to go to some website to give another review."
"This is the worst place ever. Service is slow, and they gave me a dessert in a flimsy Styrofoam cup handing it to me. I automatically took it from the top. Well, the top popped off due to the flimsy cup spilling in my car. (What a mess) The guy at the window says, "That's why I don't handle it from the top. Well, thanks for telling me. I will never go there again. Staff is very rude."
"Didn’t even get to try the food. Ordered at the beginning of our 6 hour road trip hoping to kick it off well. Ordered at a stall. After 35 minutes, had to go to a door and ask where our food was. Turns out “the stalls don’t always read cards, so it said you didn’t pay. So we didn’t bring it out.” I work in food. I know that not everyone that works in food is unintelligent. That being said, there is not a brain in that building. Nobody thought to come out and let us know. Instead, our food got cold and milkshakes melted. Whole location should be shut down. Service and atmosphere were obvious 1 stars. Didn’t even get to try the food to rate it, but given how incompetent this staff is, I assumed it was bad as well. Next day update: our card was charged for the meal. ANOTHER update: after 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, and finally just showing up at the restaurant, we got a cash refund of $35.36… still 5¢ short of the meal we paid for and never got, but at this point it’s not worth going back. At least they tried!!!"
