"I enjoy Red Robin for a quick burger and fries every time we visit! This visit there was a mishap with my veggie patty wrap and it was corrected immediately! Emma was a great server and had advised me the manager also removed it from my check which was really appreciated! This is a tough industry keep up the good work!!"

"I came to Red Robin with a couple of friends we waited a hour for our food and all of our orders were wrong and there was a hair in our cheese.Highly do not recommend. Manager didn’t really help only offered to make the one of our food over."

"Casual burger place, offers variety of burgers and salads. Good thing is they do offer fries made in separate fryer on request.. being vegetarian we always request for those not to be mixed with meat. Would surely recommend."

"NEW-Editing this review. I actually forgot about this experience, now have an another recent experience on 12/2/2023. Picked up a to go, within my order was a crispy chicken sandwich. When my daughter unwrapped and picked up the sandwich there was what appeared to be a bite mark. I called the restaurant and manager was accompanying and replaced the sandwich. Very weird how this happened. I like Red Robin, I hope they improve and monitor workers preparing the food. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I usually love Red Robin, perhaps today was an off day for the cook I don’t know. I ordered and picked up dinner for the family. Daughter got cluck and chips extremely dry, I asked for chicken sandwich with traditional Caesar salad they gave fries instead, ordered keep it simple burger for my other daughter, burger super dry no flavor, orders boneless wings with blue cheese crumble and carrots, none of this was included. So disappointed seems they don’t pay attention and give the lowest service possible."

"I love Red Robin and always get good service. The food is delicious and you can still get a good meal for $20. As it happens, though, this time I went all out and got the Mountain High Mudd Pie, a chocolate and vanilla ice cream dessert that must be experienced in your near future! Thanks to Caitlin, my most excellent server! BTW: I prefer ONLY the 4 B's in my burger: beef, bacon, bbq, and bun. I guess a 5th B could be Bottomless (fries)."
