"First, I usually love this place but omg there is no oversight on spice or portions now. I always get 4 or 5 level spice here and other Thai I love spicy food. But the last two times I went milder because it was a bit much. Today their 3 spice was by far spicier than any curry I’ve had. Also, prices are kinda high for the lack of recent portions. The last 3 times I got takeout curry I received much less food than I use to. Until they address this and me I couldn’t justify the price for the food anymore."
"Love this restaurant! Food is very good and made as per your suggestion. We had been eating eggplant, cashew, chicken and shrimp dishes and all are always good. Their fried cheese cake was yummy too. Along the there is small bridge and steam, it’s very serene. They serve outside in summer and I love that!"
"Sawadee has delicious, original takes on traditional Thai dishes served with a smile and a very reasonable price tag. I’ve never had a bad experience and would recommend anybody who likes curry or flat noodles to order their pad Thai"
"The service was wonderful. The traditional tea was also so good. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, inviting. I enjoyed doing the crossword and having a warm cup of tea. That's really where it ended though. The drunken noodles were bland. They also were not very broad noodles. They were a slightly broader than a standard fettuccine. They didn't have that nice, wok seared flavor. They lacked fish sauce umami goodness & were too sweet. The spring rolls were just ice berg lettuce and some bland tofu. No herbs, no flavor. The wrapping was thin and the peanut sauce was too thick & sweet. I was really disappointed esp since the food looked ok... I was hoping for lots of authentic Thai flavor. I would say this is a good spot if you like a mild, more Americanized Thai dish. Not for me."
