"The staff were great. We all know their ice cream is great but we went this time to try the burger. It was a 4 out of 5."
"I waited in line for what seemed like forever to be handed a bag of old food!! The fries tasted like they were 5 days old, the hot dog was dried out and tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for a week and we wont get into the chili.. I wouldnt feed my dog that!! For sitting in line with no cars infront of me i expected to have at minimum fresh fries!! I was sadly mistaken!!"
"Stopped there today and ordered a small hot fudge sundae at drive thru. When he handed me the order there was soft serve and fudge sauce. I asked him where the whipped cream and cherry was and his responce was, "we don't have cherries and whipped cream is extra," I told him no cherry or whipped cream so it's not a sundae. I should have thrown it on the ground and drove away but I paid and str it but that's the last time they'll see me there."
"Seems to be the only fast food restaurant where staff seems to care about customer service. Made me nostalgic. I thought gravy came with the tender basket? Is that just a southern thing? Anyway, wish there was a closer one to Tolland."
"First and last time. Ordered to stay, still bagged up our food. Ordered onion rings, still got fries. When I went back to the counter to get the onion rings the attendant told the other worker “they’re right there”. She purposely didn’t put them in the order. No one apologized either. Food was decent but the whole experience and energy in that place is cold."
