"I come through enfield on my way to work right around 7. This place on Google says it opens at 7. It’s NEVER open on time. I can’t sit around and wait till 7:30. Food comes out great when I can get it. I love Taco Bell but I wish they opened on time"

"On December 02,2023- Saturday Evening About 6:35pm I was in drive-thru at Taco Bell 18 Hazard Ave , Enfield Ct and I ordered to ChipoleRanch Grill Chicken Burrito , for $6.42 - However, the person who made it , did not care that I paid my money and drove all the way there just to get an unfinished meal.... This Burrito had NO Chipotle/Ranch sauce in it nor did it have the so called Grilled Chicken Meat in it accept for two small pieces of chicken meat in it! This is unacceptable ! This always happens on the evening crew at this Taco Bell ! I will not go there at night again and I waste my time and money there tonight with this foolishness ! The two Burritos I ordered were horrible and the person responsible should be held accountable!!!"

"I did not just pay $8 for this burrito. We got the grilled steak burrito and it’s supposed to have toasted cheese all over it but mine just had a little in the middle. There was nothing inside. Barely any steak, I didn’t see rice and both burritos were the same way. I’ve gotten them before from other Taco Bell’s so I know this isn’t how they’re supposed to be. Definitely feeling ripped off."

"I tend to visit late night & usually a long line.Young workers mostly but never had a bad order (no meat accidentally in my food) & very polite service.I hope their manager visits at peak times & appreciates all they do!"
