"Horrible service!! I placed a delivery and waited 2 hours! within that time frame I called 4 times to make sure my food was out for delivery. The woman on the phone told me he was in route 3 separate times. The fourth time I called they told me my order had been cancelled and wouldn’t compensate my meal for the inconvenience. A few months ago I placed an order, I asked them if I could add something and they told me It was too late. When the man dropped off my food I didn’t have a tip ready for him per how I was treated on the phone, I sign the receipt without a tip, he hands the receipt back to me asking for a tip, i told him no tip because of the service…then he yells in my face. WORST SERVICE! Very entitled"

"I received burnt wings called them 5 times to speak to a manager && was hung up on several times I will never order from this place again extremely disappointed && they are unprofessional. Spent $38 on GARBAGE."

"This was my first time trying Wa Wah Kitchen. I was hesitant due to all the poor reviews, but my lunch special chicken and broccoli was delicious! The rice left a little to be desired, but the sauce made up for it. This is typical run of the mill American Chinese, but it definitely gets an “A” in my book. My co-workers and I all got different things and everything we tried was delicious. Proximity to my job is important as well, and since this is on the same street, I’ll definitely be ordering again."
