Lido's Restaurant & Pizzeria

"We've always had good dinners at Lidos. We've been loyal customers for 30 years. Tonight was not a good experience. I ordered a special, shrimp and scallops rositto. When it came to the table, it was luke warm. The rice was still somewhat hard and the shrimp and scallops were not really cooked. Two of the shrimp were not bad, but one was not really cooked. Also, the same for the scallops. The rice quickly became cold. I at that point didn't eat the rest. I have never refused a dish before. I didn't take it home and expressed my feelings about the food. The server was someone who we have known for many years and she was surprised that the kitchen defended their dish. Not sure we will be loyal customers anymore."

"What a horrible experience the dining room manager and waitress should be fired. I had to ask for my side dish and had 2 ask two different waitresses. Not once did our waitress came to our table to offer us another drink or fill our water or offer us desert. She just disappeared dropped our bill off had to ask another waitress to ring us out. I will never frequent this restaurant again or order take out . I hope the owner sees this review and come to realization how much money he is losing. My recommendation to whoever wants to spend there hard earned money at this restaurant don’t you will feel as dissatisfied as we did."

"I asked the waitress if it was possible to have my shrimp, scallops and bacon well done. She said no problem. It came so raw it was discussing. Not to mention the alfredo was thin as water. What waitress would even serve this. The cook needs to be fired. I would rate the food a negative 10 if i could! Heidi Jones"

"Friendly, Family Atmosphere! Pork Osso Bucco fell off the bone. No knife needed! Delicious light sauce with mushrooms and artichokes. Superb Seafood! Perfect Pasta! Their own Sangria by the glass or bottle. Our calamari appetizer was light and tender. Can’t wait for another taste!"
