Jersey Mike's Subs

"WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! On a Saturday at 2pm all staff were zoned out. I was asked by two different employees what type of bread I wanted. I stated club supreme and was getting the wrong meat cut. When I corrected the employee I got a large sigh. I corrected the cheese several times. My husband asked for a GF sub considering he has an allergy and staff were poorly educated on the concept of cross contamination. Would not recommend this location!"

"Was there 01/21/2024 around 2pm , they had four females working at the time ; the old women was doing her job taking orders , the other three associates could not do there job , a lot of orders backed up, the work area was disgusting, I seen one of them come around the station for chips for a grub hub order and touch the bottom of her shoe and not change her gloves. I will never eat at this establishment again ; management needs to do a better job all around"

"This place used to be so good and they never messed up your order. Today it costs us $42 for a tub & giant sub. The order wasn't ready at the time it said it was going to be, in fact it took them an extra 30 minutes. The tub was missing the onion & tomato that was ordered. This place went downhill after the old manager left."

"Whoever was working on August 27th 2023 at 1:00 is a joke. Order online and get there at 1:10 to pick up. I tell them my name and the older lady just walks away. So I patiently wait until 1:40. My food is just sitting in a bag and not one of them told me it's ready. Then have the audacity to say I was supposed to pick up at 1:10. Beyond worst customer service I've had in my life. Couldn't even apologize. Nothing. Never going back to this location."

"9/15/2021 Ordered a regular size steak and cheese with mayo. pretty simple right?. Well guess not. Steak was way over grilled. lots of crunchy hard pieces. Barely any onion and peppers(didnt taste them at all).. I asked for a little extra mayo. They added so much that when i bit into the sub mayo shot out and all you could taste was mayo. $9.50 for a bland over grilled steak not even foot long sub.. Definetly was not worth it.. After i say 3 bites I stopped eating it. ****UPDATE ***So decided to give Jersey Mikes another chance went in tonight 12/20/21. Nothing has changed. Ordered a smiple salami and american cheese sub with lettuce tomatoe mayo and black pepper. To put it bluntly Subway makes bigger hsubs than this. Paid over $9 for what you see in the pics below.. As you can see in 1st pic you cant see salami in 1 half, in other half you see 2 slices of salami. Turned sub around for second pic.. i think its maybe 5 slices of salami.. Would of been better off going to Big Y and gotten salami and cheese from deli, fresh loaf of Italian bread, lettuce and tomatoe and gone home and made a sub that was worth $9.. Between Jersey Mikes and DiBellas, neither is worth the money they ask for these baby subs.."
