Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ordered take-out from this location via the app and upon opening it when we got home, all of the orders for 4 people were missing multiple items including a side of chips. The chicken on all 4 meals was way overdone and actually burnt. Trying to contact the store resulted in a voicemail full message and filling out the incorrect/missing order page on the app gave me vouchers for free food - not an acceptable solution when the meals were really just about inedible. Ultimately had to call the 1-800 number to get through to a real person to initiate a refund. I haven't had many issues going to the restaurant in the past, but I would absolutely not trust the store to prepare an order for pick-up again."

"Quite literally the worst run chipotle. Always out of stock on everything, trash overflowing and orders are wrong consistently. Love chipotle, hate this location."

"Had an online order of 5 bowls, every single bowl was messed up. One bowl was missing sour cream and lettuce, another was missing guac, a third was missing fajita veggies/cheese/lettuce/had brown not white rice but it had bean which were NOT asked for (this bowl in particular was completely wrong and is the pictures attached), fourth was missing guac and sour cream, and the fifth was missing beans. The server who was making the bowls was waiting for steak, understandable but as soon as he got it, he paid no attention to the actual orders and then rushed them out as fast as he could. He was also chatting with a customer who already cashed out and got their food while making my food, as well as someone else's in front of me. At this point, if you don't go in and physically order the food there and WATCH them make it, it is bound to be completely wrong. This restaurant is slowly becoming an unreliable place to order food online unless you catch them in the right moment which tonight was not that moment. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied with tonight's meal."

"Very disappointing! Unhelpful staff and they didn’t have several menu items. No veggies, no carne asada, barely any lettuce. The double chicken was more like half chicken portion. Even after asking the staff several times we didn’t get what we asked for. The staff wasn’t rude but didn’t have any answers except that they don’t have time to cook or prep the missing menu items. Wouldn’t go back. Update: customer service reached out and offered a free drink to make it “right”! No thanks!"

"This location is decent. I use this more for just a quick lunch but this location is always so busy. I will only now order via the app, the lines here get crazy especially during lunch times. I do enjoy the food, when they get my order right that is. A few times I ordered steak and got chicken, or no protein at all. I do like the accessibility of the location, but the accuracy of the orders for the price is the reason for 3 stars."
