"I order from here all the time, the food is always great. I called in an order for a special that they offer that comes with a small tray of chicken parm with pasta, a large salad and garlic knots for $35. After I placed the order they called me back to tell me the pasta isn’t included and would be another $35 for a tray of just angel hair pasta. I told them I’ve never heard of chicken parm not coming with pasta and I’ve ordered this before (probably 10 times) but I couldn’t pay $60 for a $40 meal and they didn’t care . Oh well."

"Utterly and offensively slow delivery time. An hour and 50 minutes for 2 salads and a soup. We called after 75 minutes and were told it was on the way. 35 minutes later that was clearly a lie. We ordered elsewhere and the second order arrived quicker. Sitting here finishing my other meal still waiting for this delivery driver to show up at my house. They charged us in full and never even offered to compensate for any of the trouble after having to call 3 times over nearly 2 hours."

"Worst pizza ever!! I will not order nor go back. I ask for turkey pepperoni which clearly is not what I ask.. the picture shown… who will order cold cuts turkey/with pepperoni on pizza? I’ll wait.. terrible customer service. Usually a cook will come to the customer in front and ask Pacific questions if the cook/chef did not understand the order. Make it make sense. The cook never came out to me."
