"We've been coming to this Chili's for so many years now and it never let's us down. We always have successful family dinners here whether it's for big or small parties we are always met with great customer service and delicious food and drinks. All within reasonable prices too! Big shout out to the server Kevin who knew just how to show the Chili's passion as he's been there for 20+ years and usually serves us too and always does a wonderful job. Definitely such a family vibe even with it being such a big restaurant chain."

"On 11/10/23 my grandson and his arsenic and old lace play cast went to chili’s to get something to eat, they arrived at chili’s 10:20pm they were told they had to wait 30 minutes until they could be seated. They waited in the lobby. We the parents were seated in the bar area. After they waited the 30 minutes 10:50pm they were told they could not be seated. I mentioned the issue to the bartender and he talked to the manager. I must say the bartender was extremely helpful and apologetic about the issue. The manager did nothing! The manager walked by us at least 4 times eye balling us and didn’t even say a word. One would have thought the manager would have stopped to talk to us or even say he was sorry, To the owner of Chili’s your manager turned away your future customers after making them wait. If I could, I would make my rating a big fat ZERO for customer service and customer satisfaction. I wonder how many of these 15 classmates future leaders and future parents will think twice about going back to Chili’s? Or even the parents that were seated in the bar area will they think twice? I know I will!!"

"Food was cafeteria quality, the service was good , the atmosphere was dark and dreary. It was not as good as I remember and once was."

"I ordered takeout. It took 2 1/2 hours to prepare my takeout meal. I received a text message saying my food was done. In fact, it was not. I was told that they didn’t have items available such as soda such as french fries, such as their ranch dressing and that is why I didn’t receive my drink or my dipping sauce, however I paid for it, so why wouldn’t you refund me the money if you didn’t have some thing available or offer me a substitute I left the place when I was supposed to receive five meals I had two but I paid for five it was cold and soggy after waiting 2 1/2 hours in a line in the waiting room waiting for takeout. Clearly it had been prepared and was just sitting there. It was absolutely disgusting. The quesadillas were soggy and uncooked. They didn’t have any of my sauce inside. It was just not at all a good experience the manager had no idea what he was doing. The employee had no idea what he was doing."

"I’ve been to different Chili’s in the past, and this one was a little bit below average. When we were seated, all of the chairs had a layer of grime on them, that we had to ask the waitress to clean, because they were beyond sticky and disgusting. The waitress was attentive and addressed any concerns that we had. However, I feel like the quality of food was slightly disappointing. I asked for crispy chicken crispers, and I was just given plain chicken fingers. I know they usually come with corn on the cob and fries, but the waitress only told me it came with one side. There was also a hair in the southwest salad which was disgusting. The presidente margarita was also very weak, and you could barely taste the alcohol."
