"My dog was in great shape at my friends house but my friend had to leave her 3 nights in kennel when I was away. They told me friend could bring crate but after friend returned crate they refused it leaving her scrambling to find a place to put it. The worst part was my dog went from perfectly healthy to being unable to stand, having diarrhea and red rashes all over her body. The vet bill was $650 due to whatever happened at Best Friends. She went from being in perfect health to rashes all over her body diarrhea and being unable to stand which we thought might be broken leg but in retrospect i think she hadn't eaten in days and that led her to being unable to stand. This place was awful.. The vet bill was the cost of my hotel bill at expensive hotel we stayed at and was unforeseeable expense. If you cant afford expensive vet bill think of going elsewhere."
