"We went for happy hour and they have a very limited menu. There were 6 of us. We ordered a few things from the happy hour menu and then ordered 2 pizzas. The food was good but I thought $20 for a pizza with 2 toppings was excessive. I've been to other restaurants owned by the same group and there happy hours are much better."
"Extremely nice and atmospheric interior, you'll feel comfortable eating here. The food was delicious, amazing burgers at a perfect portion size. Not too big, not too small, just right. The menu isn't the largest, but I prefer having a restaurant excel at 10 dishes than being sub par at 30 dishes. Staff were very friendly and personable, nothing felt rushed. Would recommend this place for any setting, business meeting, dinner date, or just friends getting together."
"Bad salad and no accountability! I ordered a Caesar Salad with shrimp this afternoon for lunch. I opted for it with anchovies. What I received was bagged salad mix with radacchio, dry anchovies with 4 barely grilled shrimp swimming in oil on the side. The lettuce was wet yet the dressing was tasteless. I ate 1/2 a shrimp, 3 bites of lettuce and about 7 croutons. The server was just finishing up a large party and did not return to the table until the rest of my party was about half way done with their food. At that time I politely said that the salad was not good. I showed her the shrimp swimming in the oil. She asked if I wanted something else and I did not. I ate off of everyone else plate while I was waiting. I just wanted it taken off my bill. She said she will speak to her manager. The server returns to say her manager said that it couldn’t be taken off the bill. I said ok how about 2 desserts instead- after all my $23 salad was not edible. She said ok I can probably do that. She comes back a third time and says her manager said only one dessert and I can talk to him if I’d like. Stay away from this place! They let garage come out of their kitchen and take no responsibility for it. The server was great but shame on the management. This place has really gone down the drain!!!"
"Our women's luncheon gathering convened at the restaurant around 1 p.m., where we were fortunate to have Shane as our attentive server. Our culinary adventure began with a delightful choice – the soup of the day, a delectable creamy chicken creation. Alongside it, we indulged in some must-try dishes like brussels sprouts, bacon-wrapped dates, patty melts, crispy fries, and a refreshing Greek salad topped with perfectly cooked salmon. One noteworthy aspect of our visit was the timing; opting for the 1 p.m. reservation turned out to be a wise choice. The restaurant's acoustics presented a minor challenge, but it led to an interesting conversation within our group. Seated beside an architect and a commercial interior contractor, we discovered potential solutions to enhance the dining experience. They enlightened us about acoustic panels that could be strategically placed over our tables, not only serving a practical purpose but also featuring designs that could beautify the space. These panels, available in various thicknesses, offered the promise of improved sound quality, allowing us to converse comfortably without straining our voices. Furthermore, they mentioned the availability of soundproof light fixtures as an alternative for those hesitant to make modifications to the ceiling above individual tables. In the end, our dining experience was not only delicious but also enlightening, thanks to the informative conversation sparked by the restaurant's acoustics."
"While out and about around Connecticut the wife and I stopped at this wonderful place the other day. When walking in we were greeted by a warm comfortable atmosphere and we were quickly sat in a location that we had requested on the second floor. The menu was very extensive and we ordered soup and dinner, Both are soup and dinner were absolutely amazing, both came out in a timely matter and our soup was piping hot and delicious. I had the steak and cheese which was a generous portion and the wife had the flat bread with eggplant and arugula. With drinks, soup and dinner our bill came to around $70 which I find very reasonable in today's market. Our overall experienced was excellent and I highly recommend stopping in this place if you are in the area."
