"The place looks great after the upgrades! Drive-through staff are extremely polite."

"The manager was extremely rude. I ordered breakfast but I wanted lunch. The lunch menu appeared right after my order went through, the lady over the food told me no problem. However the manager was extremely rude. I canceled my entire order and requested a full refund. I am a Customer Service Manager and would treat a customer in such a way."

"All of these fast food places are trying to get rid of employees while raising prices. They are forcing people to either go through drive through or order in app, which does not work on every phone. I am handicapped and elderly. I use the kiosk because you can put a "tent" with a table number and they bring you the food. The Bloomfield store will put out only one tent so they don't have to bring the food to your table. These places are not conducive to the handicapped. They also need to stop claiming that they have staff shortage because people don't want to work. They aren't hiring... so they can raise profits and work a few workers to death while doing so. Too bad we don't know how to say NO."

"This McDonald's will forever stay lacking. Cancelled order without explanation, late preparation, half-burnt patties. I only come here because it's the closest one to me. I can't even count on my fingers how many times this McDonald's has cut into my lunch break because of how bad the service is. If you want some decent service, go to the one on Flatbush Ave."

"I ordered off the mobile app and it glitch but I was still charged I told the girl in the drive thru she said “Sorry nothing we can do”. I then reached out to McDonalds corporate and they said it was up to the local franchise. a Customer service rep from the local franchise called and told me to wait a day to see if the charges reversed and if it doesn’t she would give me my money back. Well it never did because it was posted to my account. She said she would call the next day and never did. I called her back a day after that and no reply. I called a few more time through the week and still no reply. I emailed McDonald’s again and let them know that they are a multi-Billion dollar company and I would have taken a gift card. They basically replied out of our hands. Think twice about visiting this franchise! Do better McDonalds!"
