"I enjoy the bagels here very much, I called ahead to order one bagel and waited 15 minutes before I went inside. I was not greeted at all and there was no order to the lines for pick up or walk in. I went up to the counter and the girls working just looked at me and turned back around. I stood there for a good 20 minutes no one ever spoke to me. Another guy that called ahead asked for his order- one sandwich- and the girl gave him attitude and said "i dont know" so me and him both walked out. I will never go back again there is absolutely no order and those girls are awful."

"The cashier who rings people out is horribly rude to people and snotty. If you don’t want to be working, then don’t work. It’s clearly evident you hate having to work. The food is decent, rest of the staff are pleasant, but are so hyper focused on being chatty and social rather than getting customers out quicker. One cook for 15-20 people is not feasible."

"I order a Bacon, eggs and cheese on Cheddar Bagel. It was delicious, but the wait time was 45 minutes just to get that one sandwich. Very disorganized with customer waiting and not enough seating. Only 1 person cooking on the grill for like 20-30 people waiting. Saturday morning. Horrible waiting. Great Bagel. You need to be dying for a Bagel from them to wait that long."

"All of the reviews complaining about the wait and the complicated ordering process are funny. Yeah, you're gonna wait if you come during peak hours, but that's because it's busy, because it's GOOD. the peoples people get their breakfast here. The ordering process isn't hard- I figured it out on my first visit and have come back several times since. You order at the counter, then you wait to be called to pay/ pick up your order. Get cream cheese when you pay. Not that hard. The staff are busy doing their jobs, they don't need to coddle customers. Welcome to New England, you know?"

"The bagels were delicious. I had a turkey with bacon and lettuce it was ok but could have used more turkey there was only 1 small piece on it and way to much lettuce. I wish I had ordered it with cheese. Hubby had a steak egg and cheese again a little lite on the filling for the price."
