"Never again. Five Guys changed their burgers. All three burgers had burnt funky tasting bacon. The texture of the beef was about equivalent to the new beef at Burger King. My pickle lover picked her pickles off... yeah... done."

"I really think 5 guys, is pretty good overall. My only gripe is that it's $20 To get a small cheeseburger, a small fry in a fountain drink. I realize everything's more expensive In today's economy But it was almost 6 dollars, for a fry, almost 10 for a burger. The food qualities a lot better than fast food, but I Can get better quality At a nice restaurant or pub for roughly the same money."

"Hair on my burger. Skimped out my fries. Not a word when any customer stepped in. Front girl in register Gad her back turned and ignoring customers as well as her other 2 co workers. Oh and they were out of ketchup. This location has pathetic service. In particular who ever runs the afternoon night shifts. Other customers waiting in line told me that I should’ve just gotten something else because this location apparently sucks every time they order."
