"These people NEVER NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone EVER. I’ve been there on the phone while it’s ringing- listening to it ring in the store and they won’t answer. One time I started calling in Litchfield, let it ring till I got to the bottom of 254! Those SOBs still didn’t answer. Don’t matter if there’s people in there or not. It’s like they’ve never heard a damn phone ring before. So infuriating when you’re in a hurry and can’t call ahead. Plus the women working there are not happy! It’s like they’re all wearing burlap underwear. It’s like Sorry- but I’m driving to Ami’s for my bagel. That is all."

"absolutely loved my experience. they was friendly, coffee was amazing. i had their chocolate peanut butter cup coffee. the only regret was that the cup didnt refill itself. their bagels was awesome aswell especially with some cream cheese though you can add so much more to them. give them a go if youre in the area and are able too"

"Came in here for a coffee and a donut. My boyfriend asked for his coffee black, and when we got in the car, it was made regular. I would’ve understood if it was the morning rush, but it was mid-afternoon and we were basically the only people in there. It’s nice that they serve Ami’s bagels, which are my personal favorite. I picked a chocolate frosted donut which wasn’t bad, but it was average."
