"My team has used Interlaken Inn for several team workshops. From a group of 10 to a group of 30, our experience is always amazing. The prices are very reasonable for what is offered. I have come to know a lot of the staff and they have all been wonderful and respectful. Any request is met and handled in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable. The food prepared in Morgan's Restaurant is top notch and plentiful. For groups they have a game room/library, that our team uses in the evenings to unwind. It is relaxing and a great place to just hang out at the end of the day. We look forward to many more team events at Interlaken!"

"We had our wedding at Interlaken in September 2023 and I can't imagine it having gone better. The entire staff was so helpful in making the day absolutely perfect, especially Vanessa. There was a ton of rain over the weekend, but she watched the weather reports carefully and we ended up being able to still do the ceremony lakeside. That's just one of the million ways she went above and beyond that weekend. The location is gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and, again, the staff was just stellar. A couple of little things worth mentioning: -For NYC wedding guests, the location is close to a metro north station -The drive to get there is gorgeous -We booked out the houses off the main building so our guests who liked to stay up late, wouldn't bother other guests -The honeymoon suite is amazing Ironically, because we were so busy with all the wedding stuff, we felt like we didn't get to enjoy all the things Interlaken has to offer, but we're planning to come back soon to just stay there. We loved it that much."

"We checked in late and the front desk person was very confused. Our room was more than worn out. Beds are awful, sheets are scratchy and the bathroom is old. In general the rooms need remodeling and beds need replacing. It was really disappointing for the rates we paid. Breakfast was unstocked, coffee pots empty at 9 on a Saturday morning. The food was no different than what you get for a free breakfast at a Marriott. A little bit of effort from the proprietors would go a long way! Sadly, we won't return."

"We had our rustic October wedding at the Interlaken Inn. Simply put it was one of the best weekends of our lives with friends and family; everything was above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. Our coordinator, Susan, was incredible. She helped us stay on task, clarified any ambiguity of our big day, and handled everything so gracefully the weekend of. Thank you so much Susan, we owe so much of the success of our wedding to you! The grounds are stunning, from the picturesque lakeside ceremony to the intimate gardens and tent/deck reception area. The staff is composed of some of the warmest and hospitable people we've ever met, including Michelle and Winston. The hors d'oeuvres served at the cocktail party were luxurious and unique, the food at the rehearsal dinner and reception were remarkable; our guests could not get enough of it -- hats off to the chefs and servers! All of these people, the special care and attention given to the property, the food, and the unique events (rehearsal dinner, bonfire, after party, farewell party) are what made Interlaken Inn stand out from other venues. It served more as a weekend getaway with loved ones than anything else, which was exactly what we were hoping for. We've had some guests tell us this was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we were so thankful to have been able to provide a memorable weekend at such a special place. We cannot wait to come back again for many anniversaries to come!"

"I had my wedding at Interlaken and it was absolutely magical. The service they provided was totally above and beyond; Victoria and Vanessa seriously made magic happen. I am so thankful to them and all of their hard work and attention to detail. It was the perfect venue for a late summer wedding and I'll never forget how special and lovely it was. Best weekend ever."
