"I was there for a small party. The food was cold and the service was horrible. Nobody came by after the initial drink order to even simply refill water glasses. I never got a cup of coffee at dessert time and everyone at my table said the coffee was luke warm and there was no sugar offered."
"Amazing and Fabulous food. Portions are beyond generous, definitely huge compliments to the chef and quality of the food. I literally had only seafood tonight and everything was so fresh. Trust me I am a very picky person when it comes to seafood. Our server Betty was amazing and prompt!"
"I've lived in New Fairfield for 3 years and have never been to Biscotti's. I was very excited to try it out as most food in town is "meh" at best. Initial impression: there is no clearly identified entrance. We actually entered through the bar. My wife tripped over a short step and nearly fell. A drunken bar customer [6 pm on Friday] immediately began loudly making fun of her. After getting a table, we discovered it was poorly leveled and rocked back and forth the entire meal. The appetizer was chowder fries and was actually pretty good. I ordered pasta fagioli soup and a chicken pasta dish. The soup was essentially canned soup from Restaurant Depot that was poured of a can and heated in a microwave. My meal was so bland and flavorless I took 2 bites and left it. The server never asked if it was good or if I liked it. My wife and daughter barely touched their meals either. So bland and flavorless I can't even do it justice in print. We asked for our food to be wrapped only so we can throw it away later. What a waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and eat at home!"
"I probably order the family meal from Biscottis for my family of 5, 3x monthly. It’s about 35$ and we almost always get a few chicken cutlets on the side. My 3 teenagers love it and request it often! (The vodka sauce and stuffed shells are both to die for). Love this place!"
"Food is always great. Scott hooks it up when he can, especially when you have parties there. It’s our family’s go-to for event lunches. Nice patio in the back in the summer. Medium sized bar"
