"Only one star for atmosphere and good conversation. Services were false. Girl over the phone claimed to be experienced with locs and braids. Neither was a strong skill for her. Halfway through the partial set of locs she finally tells me she is still a student and has only done it once before. Watched videos during to make sure she was doing it right. They were way to tight, damaged my follicles and caused bleeding the next day. They kept coming unraveled and she burnt them halfway up so charred I had points sticking everywhere. Charged me over full price of a full head ($350) and owner refused even a partial refund. Told me the only thing he would do is have someone else redo them....uhh no thank you!"
