"When we order out we go here! Their steak and cheese app w/ their sauce, the burgers and fries!! My favorite is the onion rings and chicken stir fry grinder!!! Love this place!! Haven’t been disappointed yet in 1.5 years! Oh and their pizza and calzones are really good too, kids approve!"

"I’ve been coming to slice for about a year. I’ve had great experiences with a few of the employees. Welcoming and great customer service. Their food is above average and consistent. I do recommend slice of heaven. Now - the reason I didn’t give 5 stars and another potential experience you can have: on Christmas Eve 2023, I called at noon to see if they were open. The person who answered sounded angry, but said yeah depending on how busy we are, we may close at 4:00 PM. If it’s dead we’ll close at 2:00 PM. I said I would call back once we had order and he said ok. I called back at 12:55. The same person answered, more angry than before, answers and says “no we’re closed!” and I said “oh I’m the one who had just called” and he hung up on me. I didn’t expect them to make our food at that point I was just pointing out that I wasn’t assuming they were open on the holiday, but had called before. We had spent time with our family figuring out our order, and was told we had a little time figure it out. Then was rudely hung up on. I don’t mind them being closed, I don’t mind them changing their mind and closing. But there was zero reason to be so rude. Keep in mind that your experience with customer service will depend on who is working, and the employees can either be very friendly and helpful, or very rude and angry. Good luck."
