"Well, when you pay $15.00 for a basic, regular sized sandwich you expect it to be phenomenal and it was far from it! It wasn't even meh. I haven't been to Panera in years because they are extremely over priced for sub par food. They were really slacking in their food quality and flavor. But I decided to go the other day and figured that they must have gotten better, right? Wrong! I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt, once a favorite.......many, many eons ago, but I was thoroughly disappointed after biting into a hard, dry, flavorless flop, not even worthy of being categorized as food. My sandwich was cold and there was barely any cheese, avocado and chipotle sauce on it. It lacked any shred of flavor...... and appeal. It was also hard, dry and tough. It was like it had been made the day before and then just reheated in the microwave. Also, the cheese was unappetizing, hard, rubbery and chewy, rather than hot, melty and cheesy. It was just an overall disappointment and waste of money. I could've made 10 sandwiches of gourmet status with tons of flavor and culinary satisfaction for what I paid for that pathetic excuse of a sandwich."

"Me and my boyfriend come to this location all the time and we always usually get our usual sandwiches, but this time we wanted to try something different. We got the flatbread pizza instead but we ended up not liking it so we told the lady at the front, who brought over the manager Chris. Chris was completely understanding and she let us order 2 sandwiches for free. Awesome customer service and great management!"
