"I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like it’s necessary. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s since I was 12 (I’m 21 now) and also worked there for a year and a half when I was 16-17. The atmosphere used to be great and they used to keep everything clean but lately when I go here with my boyfriend, the store is an absolute mess and the workers are extremely rude and disrespectful at times. I’m not sure what his name is but the boy with longish blonde hair who usually wears makeup and has his nails done, he is extremely rude every time we come here. He will rush us when we’re ordering like “okay anything else.” And roll his eyes if we ask for sauce or something extra. He rushes us out of the drive thru or the front when we eat inside. Terrible customer service. Something needs to be done with him because that’s not how you treat customers. Seems like he is completely miserable to be there. And I’ve spoken to other customers there who agree that he is rude. Looks angry if you even try to talk to him. This store has definitely decreased in morality over the last few years. Very disappointing."

"I used to work here, and with honest full hearted opinion it’s probably the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. The Co-Workers were extremely rude to customers and myself, our managers never did their jobs correctly (except 2). We’ve had managers leave us (all high schoolers) alone in the store to run to Walmart. Which in itself is insane. I was abruptly sent home after my co-workers told the manager that I didn’t approve our SHIFT LEAD LEAVING US ALONE as is against management guidelines (and if you’re going to respond as management I read the guidelines trust me I know) I’ve seen multiple people pick patty’s off the floor and feed it to people. People will get the wrong sandwich and they won’t even re-make it. They’ll just take off what you didn’t want or add what you did and rewrap the same sandwich. All the staff are stoned a hood 90% of the time. The overall cleanliness of the store in my opinion is a health hazard (if you had to see the drains, fryers, and grills I had to clean you would never eat here again) they do not salt the fries, and if a customer complains crew members get hostile and defensive. Manager has told someone in the past “I hope you choke on your food” because we gave her the completely wrong order. When they do not want to deal customers they’ll simply say “our systems are down” I do see a lot of comments saying “cash only is absurd” but that’s the only legitimate thing. They are to cheap to buy new card readers, which break on a regular. They’ll close the dining room early because they don’t want to get busy after 5. And for the last piece of deterrent THEY FAILED INSPECTION 3 TIMES SO STEER CLEAR IT IS HOSTILE, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING"

"I love this Wendy's but the past bit of time/few weeks they have kept the indoor dining section of the restaurant closed starting pretty early in the evening. Their excuse is that they are understaffed, which is likely true.... but thankfully there is a solution Wendy's.....hire some more employees!! It's just beyond annoying if you live within walking distance or are driving a truck or just want to go inside/use the bathroom. Why even have an inside dining area if it's perpetually closed early in the evening, esp considering it's proximity to 84 and the pike."

"This place should be shut down, the staff on deck is rude and tell lies to your face, not customer friendly at all, as well as cold fries that look like came from the floor. Closing the dining area @ 8pm never heard of that. Plus, tell you cash only then can't make change so then you can't eat. Ridiculous. Waist of 40 $ worth of food, too. I changed the service to 3 stars because the manager was the person who deserved credit for returning my money for food i didn't eat because i can't trust the food would be safe"

"Normally I give all fast food chains three stars unless there’s some thing that is spectacular. This was the opposite. This Wendy’s is in poor shape. This one needs to invest significantly into the dining room area. There are Holes in the seats, tape on other seats. The TV and the fireplace don’t work. Letters on the wall are peeled off. One of the Coke machines doesn’t work. One table/bench is broke. Trash is on the floor. Generally the restaurant is very dirty. Dave has already rolled over in his grave. The food was what you expect and the service was friendly. I would recommend the employees hats and visors get washed at least once per month. They are quite dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly too, with no paper towels. They need to increase the cleaning schedule and quality."
