Great Clips

"I have never experienced such bad customer service. I had my kids haircut done there a few years ago, and was not a good experience. I made the mistake to ask if the guy who was checking me in if the person assigned to cut my hair is experienced. I believe the person checkin me was Andrew (overweight guy) He was extremely rude when answering and continued making comments to the other hairdresser (older woman). I was the next person to get a haircut and there was 1 other on the waitlist. They went about doing there things and actually sat down and were talking about their pets, laughing and ignored that we were waiting. Awful! I would hate to think what would have happened if I got my haircut!"

"We usually have no problems here Andrew does great jobs for our haircuts went in today had someone ring me up for four prepaid haircuts only to have the total on my card be higher than what they said it would charge when the manager was contacted she said she was too busy to deal with it I asked for the district manager's number they told me they can't give me that so if they take your money they will just say oh I don't know why our receipt says this your account says something different I don't know it's never happened before but yet now I'm out money to add to it the owner of the store called me up started out the conversation saying she's not tech savvy maybe hopefully let me know tomorrow if it doesn't come out and I asked are you aware that your account takes out extra money to have you verified with your bank that they didn't put a hold on it after not telling me because I was asking her that you should let people know if there is going to be an extra hold put on your card she used the example of gas stations in which they let you know immediately that there will be an additional card hold whenever at the end I did ask her if she verified with her bank after she first said she did not know she was not text Savvy she's been in the business for 15 years and knew everything as I ask her questions she proceeded to get frustrated she also said that she doesn't care about my business or putting a review and when I asked does she represent all of Great Clips she said Great Clips doesn't matter this is my business and I will do it the way I want so be careful with this person and her businesses"

"I've been coming here for a few years and the customer service has never given me the warm fuzzies. But the last time I went instead of "hello, how can I help you?" I was greeted with "Did you check in online?" in a rude tone. Also the hair stylist did not clean/sweep the hair from the area from the previous customer she had before I sat down. While I sat in the chair she flicked said customers hair off the counter towards me. Like I said, I've come here for years, I am always polite and I always tip well. I will not be returning."

"Andrew is absolutely amazing. My son will not let anyone else touch his hair but Andrew. He is such a great person, friendly, and helpful. He has given us so many great tips for my son hair. We never leave disappointed. Andrew has done my hair as well, and taught me how to get the lift my hair needs."
