"I live in Central Mass, but for the last 2 years I have been going to Visual Changes. I only see Sam, with the exception of one time, but in all honesty, anyone in there is a great choice. It all comes down to your preference. My hair has never looked and feel healthier, shiny, and just overall beautiful. I enjoy the atmosphere at this salon, and the staff is warm, friendly, and professonal. The owner Mark is just one of the nicest business owner I know. I never feel rushed, and even take me when I arrive a little late. Their product selection is one of the best, and I don't mind driving an hour and 30 minutes for a job well done.
