"Trash all over the parking lots and dumpster regularly overflows with trash spilling out onto the parking lot as well… not to mention that the “new construction” amounts to my bedroom windows consistently leaking rainwater and growing mold. Not to mention consistently missing deadlines on amenities and even move-in dates."

"Honestly at first this place seemed like a dream complex(From the outside). We've been here since last December (When they opened) and sadly that is when the problems began. Firstly they missed their deadline of accepting tenants by over 2 weeks so we let them store our belongings in for free while we paid for 2 weeks without notice for an AirBnB. They gave zero compensation for this and blamed eversource for the fact they were late to open to the public. At the time I was work from home so having Internet was integral to my job, and they had promised their would be Internet upon move in, but unfortunately that again was a false truth, but don't worry they were not to blame this time they pinned it on Breezeline for not having Internet ready for over 2 weeks. After this everything seemed fine for a bit. Fast forward a couple of months. They're now blaming eversource for the pool house not being available because they don't power it on, however if you go down there it isn't even close to being ready, it's in disarray so even if eversource was to power it on there would be absolutely nothing to do in this pool house. I sit here writing this review right now the day after the power was shut off for over 6 hours due to eversource powering the new building on and today without warning the power was shut off yet again, no clue why; no email or anything. The lack of communication is astonishing. I sincerely hope they up their game because we really like living here it's a gorgeous property and the community is pretty awesome and they also share a lot of the same grievances. I hope the management reads this and can up their communication game and hopefully not blame another entity for all of their shortcomings it's an ambitious project, it's bound to have some hurdles."
