"My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and moved in when the property had just been built. It has been everything we wanted in a place to live and more-and especially a God send of an apartment complex after our experience at a different one in the area. The property is very safe with digital locking doors and is central to many grocery stores (Stop and Shop and Aldi), downtown New London, and very close to beautiful parks like Harkness Memorial State Park. The amenities the property provides are nice and modern, including a small gym, fire pits, grills, and a dog park. Management is very prompt in taking care of issues and sends frequent e-mails to set expectations and notify tenants of any maintenance work being done well in advance. I would say the only downside to this apartment complex and our experience thus far is that there is no pool, no elevators (carrying furniture/groceries to our third floor apartment is great exercise but it would be nice to have an elevator at times), and thin walls. We've only experienced the thin wall in our bedroom as it is directly adjacent to our neighbor and their dog barks nonstop when they're not in the apartment. Other than that, I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you're looking for a place to live in Waterford. Since my husband and I have not yet moved out, we can't speak to some of the negative reviews about security deposits, etc. but I will update this review once we do move out."

"I lived here for 1.5 years since the building opened and I've enjoyed my experience here. The apartments are modern and clean especially compared to other older places in the area. The large kitchen island is really nice for cooking, and the outdoor grills and firepit is nice for having friends over. I didn't have many maintenance problems. Sue always responded and helped me with problems when I emailed her too. It was nice to have a place I was comfortable coming back to. Only leaving because I'm moving to another state."
