"My girlfriend and I just recently went here to look at the property. Walked around and really enjoyed the way it was maintained and updated. New paint on the sidings, what looks to be brand new asphalt parking lots throughout the property, has a pool, brand new playground and much more! Would recommend this property to anyone in the Groton CT market, can’t beat the value of this property and the prices they are asking!"

"Don't waste your money. Management is completely unprofessional. The property manager ignores calls and emails. They also refuse to give me my security deposit back even though according to their cleaning fees they still owe me at least $1000. Lived there for 3 years and my rent doubled in that short amount of time. Better look elsewhere. And then to claim I never lived there to try and discredit me? I moved out 2 months ago. And evidently the only way to get a response from them is to leave a negative review."

"I never had a bad experience with the property management. The apartments were clean, efficient and convenient especially when you’re an EB employee starting out and you’re on a budget. I was able to save so much money waking across the street to work everyday. Whenever there was apartment inspections or vendors they would give ample amounts of notice and reminders to let you know when they were going to happen."
