"DO NOT RENT HERE. THE FLOORS ARE HORRIBLE (excessively loud creaks when any movement is done) AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP. NEW OWNERSHIP DOES NOT CARE EITHER. I talked to maintenance and they said they were redoing the carpets (and the floors underneath). NOPE. Only a new carpet and the same HORRIBLE floors. Any movement by upstairs neighbor, even moving in their bed from one side to the other, is enough noise to keep me up at night and I've always been an extremely heavy sleeper. If you walk up the stairs in the building, or in the hallway, you can tell how creaky the floors are and that is how bad the floor is for the 3rd floor everywhere. IT WILL DRIVE YOU INSANE I resent my neighbors and it's not even their fault. All they are doing is getting ready for the day or walking around in their apartment doing normal living, but it is enough noise to distract from tv shows, conversations, and ESPECIALLY SLEEP. UNLESS YOU ARE IN EXTREME DIRE SITUATION AND WILL FREEZE OUTSIDE WITH NO HOME, DO NOT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you do rent here, only do it on 3rd floor."

"Not a great place to live. Water isn’t even drinkable the hallways always smell and the building is just very run down. Size of apartment is decent but nothing special. Isn’t the worst but certainly is far from ideal"

"The property is not at a bad location, it’s proximity to schools is wonderful. The property manager is a terrible lady she’s never around speaks poorly of those that love here. The water is undrinkable we’ve been here about 7 years and it’s gotten worse and worse. Definitely not worth the price you pay in rent for this place, go somewhere else."

"I don't live here and never have, but I have had quite a few friends live here over the past 10 years. What can I say? It's a budget apartment that has been around for a long time. The facility has pretty much never been architecturally renovated, and it always smells funny in the hallways. And by funny, I mean like vomit. The apartments are pretty spacious, but otherwise I guess you get what you pay for."
