They email aftercare instructions and an invoice after every visit, and they email estimates upon request. They also send appointment reminders before every visit. We have been there 3 times and this includes surgery to get the cats neutered. The people that work there are punctual, they are happy to explain things that we don't understand (especially since we never raised kittens before) and they are overall a pleasure to deal with. The cats are happy and healthy, which above all is the most important thing."
