"Overnight stay. Location was good. Cleanliness and decor was very good. The queen room a little small but nothing out of the ordinary. Bedding was very comfortable. Parking was good and night lighting was very bright making you and your vehicle feel safe. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Oh and did I mention breakfast was included. I would stay here again."
"Had a few issues checking in bc the "bank" we have our cards through (Chime, they're a freaking joke and NOT a bank. Don't use them, they SUCK) isn't accepted there and I was locked out of all my other apps and cards because I got a new phone I haven't finished setting up yet. The clerk, Raj, was beyond patient with us. He was helpful and imaginative and made the entire experience bearable instead of an absolute nightmare. Room was gorgeous and the beds were extremely soft. Very clean and well kept. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and management seriously needs to give Raj a pay raise after everything he helped us with last night. I cannot thank him enough or express how amazing he was! Absolutely would stay here again. Prices are great too."
"This Best Western Plus Hotel is very clean, but be aware the rooms and property are quite small. The beds are Kings or Queens and very comfortable though. The location is in a semi-industrial area so there's not a lot to do near the property if you're walking, but it does offer a good value for cost and basic amenities if you primarily need a place to sleep. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant but it's not far from Fairfield University if you need to be there."
"Just stopped in for a sleep during a drive across country. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was really nice and clean albeit small. But it was all we needed. The breakfast wad absolutely great compared to most hotel breakfasts. We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever here again."
"This was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed in. The decor was modern and it was very clean. Albeit not much room on the wall sides of the bed, not impossible to get into the bed from the one side, just a little awkward. The breakfast was a hot breakfast and not the average cereal or bagel you get at some hotels. We did not partake in the breakfast as we had other plans but they had at least scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon from what my mother saw when she went to get coffee. A lot of hotel guests were utilizing the included breakfast so it must have been a decent meal. The parking lot is tight and the room to drive around the hotel on each side is very narrow but there is plenty of parking in the back and front. If you have a bigger vehicle, I suggest parking in the back of the hotel but note that the streets behind the hotel are residential and also a bit narrow. I drive a ford edge so a mid sized vehicle and I was able to maneuver through the lots fine, but a bigger vehicle may have difficulty. The staff was kind and friendly. My daughter thought this hotel was great and it was a bonus for her first trip to Connecticut."
