"DO NOT LIVE HERE! My partner and I could not stand this place, we were relieved once we moved out. You can hear every little thing from your neighbors, the floor boards creek every step you take. If you or your neighbor has the tv on you can hear every word. The bedrooms are not soundproofed at all as you will be woken up by someone walking or talking in the middle of the night. Management says they take care of the place but they don’t. We had a leak in our window that was never fixed until I asked the 20th time. The people who work at the office are rude and impolite, they don’t take their job seriously as they “accidentally” sent someone lease agreement to the entire community via email. Save yourself the stress do not live here."

"I see a lot of comments about rent being too high, let me explain what you're paying for when you rent here: 1) A quiet, happy, safe community 2) An office staff that is kind, empathetic, and quick to respond to issues 3) A place where residents are held accountable to pick up after their animals (and all animals are registered and screened) 4) You're right down the street from the sidewalk that goes along route 5 and is especially beautiful this time of year so you can go on walks and see the sights! 6) Other amenities including a workout room next to the on site laundry. This is one of the nicest places I've lived that was in a community setting. The staff will work hard to get you into a unit and they truly care about your experience. Huge shout out to Donavan and Zenaida, they've stayed true to their words ever since we first inquired about renting here months ago and worked with us to find us an affordable unit."
