Red Roof Inn Enfield

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Anyone looking to book here, please BEWARE. My dad booked this hotel and his car was broken into, as well as 2 other cars. When he spoke with the receptionist, he was met with the poor response of “This has been happening in this area.” They claim it happened last month as well. Another young lady’s car was broken into and she requested to cancel the remainder of her reservation, as she obviously didn’t want to stay there for the remainder of her trip, and the front desk refused. When my dad asked to see security footage, he was told they can’t provide it. Instead, he was was told to email the manager, Milin Patel, and call the following Tuesday to speak to him. We emailed and received no response, and when he called, the front desk hung up on him. I totally understand they can’t control the actions of others, but the situation was poorly handled. It also speaks volumes that they are aware that this has happened multiples times at their establishment and still fail increase security presence on the premises. Also, to be so rigid to not cancel the remainder of the booking when your customer obviously feels unsafe here is asinine. Thankfully my dad only booked for one night. This place is run by people who lack integrity and they aren’t even capable of responding professionally. Since they won’t tell you because they obviously want your money, I will. If you care about your peace of mind and the safety of your property, book elsewhere. I’m sure there are better places."

"Service was great, nice tv, microwave and fridge. Heating worked great. Only issues were the bed sat on a metal base that made booming noises now and then and the walls were paper thin as far as noise. It didn't bother me as I am not a light sleeper but my wife is."

"Wonderful 3 night stay ! The manager, Milin P., went way out of his way to accommodate my limited mobility issue. He was most thoughtful and quickly resolved my personal problem. I frequently stay at a lot of different motels but this particular Red Roof is outstanding on the caliber of the front desk service, the cleanliness of the grounds and the pristine rooms. Everything was picture perfect. My housekeeper Bambi (I think that was her name) maintained my room perfectly - the room looked ready for advertising picture taking. Absolutely spotless. As a pet owner I was very impressed by the immaculate grounds upkeep making it a safe place to exercise a dog. Quiet location but very easy access to the interstate."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed. The room was very clean. The grounds were exceptionally clean and really well lit at night which felt very safe. I cannot rate service since they do not provide any. For example no room cleaning until end of visit. There used to be coffee and newspapers in the office, but no longer. Suggestion, if you are not going to service the rooms at least ensure enough coffee and cups for the number of people and length of stay."

"We had a perfect stay at this Inn. Convenient and quiet location, very reasonable cost. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, room was very clean (possibly the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in!), attractive, and comfortable. Our small caged pet bird travels with us, and we appreciate not having to pay a pet fee for a pet that makes no contact with floors or furniture. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town. Thank you for a better-than-hoped-for stay!"
