"******BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! This place has had roaches for years!!!!!! Since 2020 I have been living here and I am disgusted to find that as CLEAN as me and my wife have been roaches have continued to become an issue. Flies also have been circulating NONSTOP all year round. Office staff is unresponsive and won't come see you until weeks later. Also I've noticed it's important to know, parking is the worst --- expect to never leave your apartment."

"I have been here at Silvertree for almost a year and this place is phenomenal. My unit is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is great. Friends and family that come over always rave over how attractive my unit is. Kate and Jovaniel welcomed me with open arms, were very friendly, down to earth, and accommodated me greatly. Every interaction I have ever had with them has been pleasant, informative, and helpful. Jim from Maintenance has helped me on several occasions, and he is also super friendly, easy going, informative, meticulous and will go the extra mile. I feel well supported, safe and comfortable here. Kindness, flexibility, and good communication go a long way. Silvertree is a great example of this!"

"My boyfriend and I had been looking for our first apartment together for a few months before finding Silvertree Apartments. We paid the deposit to the previous property manager and then didn't hear anything from the leasing office for almost 4 weeks until the date we were initially supposed to move in. I received a call from Kate asking if we were moving in that day and I explained to her how no one was in contact with us regarding a definitive move-in date and we weren't prepared to move in that day. Kate said it was no problem and asked what day would work for us. Since the day we moved in, Kate has been a phenomenal property manager. She returns calls and emails within 24 hours, makes sure to answer every question, and provides top notch customer service. We've had a few small maintenance issues and they were taken care of within 24 hours as well. The apartment itself is smaller than we expected but we make it work and it's a great place for our first apartment together. Thank you SO MUCH Kate for all the hard work you do!"
