"I booked an appointment for eyebrow appointment before an event. About two hours before the appointment I received a text saying that she had to cancel bc her car broke down. She asked me for availability. I spent a few minutes combing through my crazy schedule to get back to her right away with my availability. She literally never responded. Ghosted by business is extremely unprofessional. Come to find out- she did this to a friend w the exact same cancelation reason. Also find this aggravating, as the night before my car actually did break down, but I found a way to make it happen- bc I needed the service and didn’t want to be charged the cancellation fee. I’d say book somewhere else if reliability matters."
