When I attended the Sunday evening event, Priscilla Full Harmonic Sound Immersion, the room was dimmed in a dreamy lavender lights and the ceiling was mesmerizing. The guided meditation was a peaceful segue to begin the week. I relaxed to the stress-relieving tones and vibrations of Tibetan bowls, soft gongs, and the sweet tinkle of bells.
