"Approximately a year ago I had highlights put into my hair for a special occasion by my former hairdresser of many years. She totally fried off my hair. When I would brush or shampoo my hair clumps of my hair would fall out in my hands. They were the size of a quarter and would break up to a ½ inch of my scalp.
