"Horrible experience here. One of the waxers left me with burns on my underarms. I complained for over 6 months and got no response. I was persistent with demanding a resolution, and a manager finally acknowledged the fault. It’s sad because some of the waxers are very nice and professional, but the establishment does not appear to be managed well."
