Bradford Commons Apartments

"The worst apartment ever! If you’re planning to move here! I advise you not to! Maintenance sucks. They don’t follow through on their appointments. Plumbing is bad. You can hardly use some of the appliances. Like the fan in the kitchen or the garbage disposal (which they advise you not to use when you first live here which is a red flag. The back doors have no security. So anyone can come in (god forbid)."

"We’ve been having some major backup and plumbing issues since Monday October 16th and it is now October 26th and we still have not had service for this issue. Mind you the issue is severe, we have not been able to use our shower and toilet properly. We’ve called CT Windsor Holdings and maintenance several times yet they have not taken care of this issue. In conclusion: Maintenance sucks and there are a lot of issues with these buildings. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Not even my worst enemy ."

"May 2023, New management has not handled my work repair requests. The maintenance and response on issues of the apartments and work orders submitted since Sep. 2022. I am being ignored. It a CT Housing Dept Claim the only motivation Management will respond to? Does this matter to Bradford Commons Management? Jan 2023 Have not seen any response or improvements in the last 3 months to our work orders. Will update review when changes are made. So far promises only."

"Very pet friendly complex without size restrictions, which is hard to find and great! There's a fenced in play yard for the pups which is a great convenience for us pet lovers. Sure the complex is older, but the apartments are updated as needed with each turn over, and apartment maintenance requests are promptly and professionally handled. My experiences with the office staff have always been positive. On the down side, there are untypical additional monthly expenses such as water and trash removal, and the rent does increase each year. Overall I have had a positive experience living here."
