"Enough said. Roach infested room... Took four separate times to get checked in, in a matter of 5 hours. Ridiculous. No one knows how to do their job. Lousy. Would give 0 if possible."

"No housecleaning, explaining the filthy, moldy, blood and food stains on the walls, and mold all over the bathroom. Filthy floors. No phone and a broken tv. Can't sleep from the traffic noise, and oh the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Coupled with the rude, unprofessional, intrusive older, chain-smoking front desk, power tripping lady who is vile to the guests. After being homeless and living in a car for six months, I figured a one week rental was in desperate need. Big mistake coming here. No Wi-Fi, though they claim to have it. No cable either. Asked to use the front desk phone to get a ride, as there are no phones in the room and was told it was a policy violation. Wish you the best, stop preying on vulnerable people."

"THERES A ROACH INFESTATION!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! I had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and instead of someone taking care of it, it was just painted over and even still the mold pierced through the paint until I had to physically scrub it myself. Because it’s on the turnpike, especially in the back there’s a lot of drug users and alcoholics , the police was called numerous times . A car was broken into. The staff is nice , I’ve never had an issue with them . It just seems like the actual owner doesn’t actually care about the business that he’s running and is just doing it for the money , kinda taking advantage of people who are not financially stable . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I CAN GO ALL DAY AND SHARE STORIES ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE"

"Roach infestation is ridiculous. Literally will crawl all over you while you sleep I had to leave. There is blood on the sheets, holes in comforters, and mold in ceiling and im pretty sure the rug. You can see roaches crawling all over the doors outside! DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND HEALTH!!!"

"This is the worst motel to stay. Blood stains on the walls. Holes in the walls. No dresser drawers. Box spring is used for a bed. No mattress. Dirty linen. My first night stay the linen had all kinds of stains on it. Laundry $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Only 2 machines work. The front desk staff along with the manager are rude and lack customer service skills. Especially that old bitty with the tattoos. She been there since the 1800s so she act like she own the hole in the wall. They don't want to give you clean linen since there are no housekeepers that come around. There are only two nice staff people and they are the older maintenance man and a lady that works the front desk weekend mornings. All the rest of the staff throw them in the overflowing dumpster in the back. This motel is not good for even a one night stay. There are plenty of other better motels with better hospitality along Berlin Turnpike. The state need to come in and shut the raggedy place down. PERIOD!"
