He listened to the concerns that I had and then made four adjustments to the boots that took them from uncomfortable to perfect! He took the time (over 30 minutes) to make sure I was completely satisfied with the fit and feel of the boots. He exhibited incredible customer service!"

"I called the morning of Christmas Eve to see if Ski Haus New Milford had children ski rentals available. They were honest on the phone saying that they could not guarantee over the phone as we did not know what sizes would be needed but would do their best. I arrived around noon with children (8,6 and 5) in tow. The staff was so friendly and helpful. By the time I filled out the contract for rentals, the young men had my children sized and and fitted with equipment. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank for the excellent service!"
