"DO NOT rent anything from them, unless you wanna be robbed of your money for no reason! The apartment wasn't bad but it was not exactly as pictured on the website. Hub Realty, will extract money from you in any way they can. The cleaning lady that pretends to "clean" but really just makes noise every morning and they will send a maintenance guy but the issues are never fixed. You have to pay over $20 to wash laundry in a dirty laundry room, where half of the machines are out of order or just nasty and do not properly wash your clothes. I would have to pay two cycles for my clothes to somewhat smell clean. I moved out prior to my contract date in June of 2020. Had a deposit in balance that they required before moving in of 1,500 and on top of that they asked for two months rent worth so another 3,000 dollars, a total of $4,000. Then in November, four months after I moved out, I receive an email saying I had a balance of $275 dollars, which they tell me is for property damage...ones they could no specify. I gave it a one because you need to rate it, but they are worth ZERO."
"Decent company to rent from. They respond to service requests reasonably quickly, and they have a good online portal to pay rent. I had no trouble getting my security deposit back when I left their apartments. Rent increased each year (4.3% 1st year, then 5.7% the next year)."
"They helped me out when I most needed it. I had to moved out in a rush from the other place where I was living and Ashlee, the rental agent, helped me out through the whole process in such a short period of time. She was very responsive and super professional. I was moved in within a couple of days of signing the lease. So far, I love my place and the neighborhood. They are all very kind :)"
"The lack of professionalism and communication caused me to leave in addition the constant colossal increases in rent. On numerous occasions I reported a leak around my AC unit and nothing was done until a month before I was to leave. Their solution was to paint around the unit... but didn’t completely paint the leak parks. It looked like a white picture frame around my unit. Secondly, I had issues with a leaky bathroom sink... that was never addressed. I had multiple packages stolen from the lobby and from my door. The stench of marijuana would often creep into my apartment causing an unpleasant smell. People don’t know how to park and just slam their doors open into your car... if you’re lucky to park in your own spot because no one took it from you. I was also charged an arm and a leg upon leaving for leaving a command hook on the wall of my closet. Don’t leave furniture at the dumpster either... they’ll take pictures of you and charge you for that as well. There was a lot of work done in the building during my three years where they had to enter my apartment. I never knew when or if they were in. I also had to harp the office to finish the job in the bathroom that was left incomplete. The cleaning staff was great! They’re the only good thing they have."
"The essence of this company is money-grubbing. It's unfortunate, because the time I spent living in one of their apartment complexes was relatively "okay". However, upon moving out, I slowly watched nearly 1000$ be drained from my pocket via "fees" and other miscellaneous expenses. In fact, if I hadn't disputed certain claims, that sum would be even higher. Furthermore, their customer service is absolutely horrible (don't think they won't make it VERY difficult to dispute claims). Do not recommend."
