Best Nail Salon

"I've came here for about a year but spent the last 2 months away, I just got back. I called and asked if there was ANY way she could squeeze in a fill today. She asked what time, I said any. She asked where I am, I said a little bit down the road. She asked if I could come now and I said yes! (I was surprised). I change my son's diaper, hand him to his father, throw clothes on, grab a water from the fridge and leave. I get there in less than 15 minutes. I walk in, she asks if she can help me. I tell her we just spoke on the phone, I'm here for the fill? She said "I don't have time. I said come now, you took too long. No time, sorry." I said "really??? that was less than 15 minutes ago!" She said "took someone else, didn't know if you were coming. Sorry, no time now" Really? Did you think I could teleport? You HAVE caller ID- if you commit to someone, wouldn't you ask before committing to someone else? Or give the person a LITTLE time to show up before deeming them a no-show? Her nails are OK but I don't think I'll be back. I'm pretty frustrated, which is a shame."

"I have no idea why there are so many good reviews, this place is SO sketchy. There are not using any disinfectant between clients, using the same dirty files. I have never had such terrible looking nails, they are all different shapes, SO LUMPY, not even the same lengths. The polish isn’t straight around the base of any of the nails, they’re terrible. This place is disgusting."

"Kim does an OUTSTANDING job with her spa pedicures. She has wonderful attention to detail and takes her time. If you want a relaxing, quiet, clean atmosphere, this is the place. No screaming kids, people yakking on their phones. Quiet and peaceful. :)"
