"I thought my haircut went well, I only had one problem with it. So the stylist I had, Chatka I think is her name, she said she would need to straighten it in order to give me a trim because my hair is poofy and thick so I let her so she started straightening it and I realized she never used heat protectant which is a HUGE no for me I don’t even use heat on my hair as is because I don’t want to damage it, so she cut it after straightening it and I think she realized I didn’t like the way it looked straightened so she said she could curl really quick with the straightener if I wanted, so she did (also no heat protectant). I don’t know If I was charged for styling or not but the total for the all around length 3/4” trim was $46 which I thought was a bit steep for just a trim. I absolutely loved the way it looked at the end but was not a fan of her not using heat protectant:("

"Darlene and Katie have been doing my hair for years. When Covid-19 hit, I stopped getting my hair done, but I hope to bring back those good times. These ladies are Master Stylists. They are great listeners, which is a rare quality in my book. Also, the service you get from these dynamic duos is above and beyond my expectations. I am sure they're other great stylists who work there, and I hope to meet them soon. I skip a star on purpose, for the idiot who hung a chandelier in front of a cabinet door. LoL!!!!!"
