"I had an awful experience here. I went in and was told they couldn’t do design which was okay with me but the lady instead tried to do the snowflakes I had asked for and wasted 30 minutes of my time doing so. She also cut my fingers numerous times and my fingers still hurt from it. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the glitter that they used was far different from my picture. She did my nails so thin that when I got home after 20 minutes 1 broke and another 2 felt like they were about to break. I went back and another lady fixed them and did a good job but ultimately half of my day was wasted and I ended up spending more than I expected. Do NOT go see Linda!!!!! She should not be working there she does not know how to do nails at all"

"I have been a few times and have been satisfied. I had a basic fill and polish . I usually get at the designs at the place I usually go to, but usually get something basic when I go somewhere else just because I don’t want to be disappointed. Yesterday I went and asked for a simple design which they could not do. This is fine but the woman attempted several times and I was there for two hours. I paid and left a tip, even though I was not satisfied with the service. When I got to my car, I realized how bad they truly were each nails file differently. Some nails had way more gel on them and were very bulky the paint was very sloppy on my cuticles and my fingers. There were spots with no polish at all. The woman tried very hard and I could tell she was getting frustrated, so I just wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. They are very nice but if you want a design, that’s not the place to go. Not only am I out of that money I know I have to go to another nail salon to pay to have it fixed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people spend their hard earned money to treat themselves and deserve to get what they pay for."

"This Nail Salon is the Best I have been to in Forever! Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Kenny gave me my Pedicure, and he was Fabulous! Amy did my Manicure and the awesome art work, as you see by the pictures. I am Very Impressed and Very Pleased. Amy is Amazing! Love Love Love this place. I will Only go to Autumn Nails from now on.
