"Was in office today for another horrible experience. Not only is the way he treats people absolutely criminal, but he was also calling a young boy behind me (Of latin descent) a liar. The boy was horrified behind me in the office. I had to leave immediately as to not be involved in the wrath of Joe DaSilva. Poor value, quality, and non professionalism are an understatement with this man and his business. Clearly nothing was learned during his two years in jail. Guilt certainly ruins people If a complaint to the city could be made, it would already be done."

This is absolutely criminal, unacceptable, and leads me to believe he does this on a frequent basis to all of his tenants. Not only is he extremely negligent, but be careful, he also creeps by your apartment at all times of the day and night taking photos of your rental property."
