"I have been to this salon several times, and the last few visits have left me questioning whether I should return. After today, I will not be returning to this salon. They seem to have been drawing in more clients, however the quality of their services is declining at that same speed. Last time I visited this salon, they had me sitting around for hours before starting my nails and the owner noticed that I had been there for so long. He asked me to remind him next time I’m in and that he would do my art for free. I’m not in a business to tell someone how to run theirs but someone that cares about their customers would’ve simply made a note to assure this would happen, instead of asking their client to remind them. The women that did my nails today was sighing and rolling her eyes throughout my appointment and would snap at me telling me to put my nails in the machine if she caught me looking at my own nails. I also had to remind her multiple times what I wanted to get done today and so did her bosses. I hated the way they turned out and voiced my concerns to the owners. I do appreciate them taking care of that concern. However, the attitude from the technician was unnecessary. I attempted to inform the owner of my dissatisfaction while paying and he seemed uninterested and more interested in taking my payment."

"I’ve never been more disappointed with my pedicure than I am today. I said something midway through and was told not to worry it’s was going to be like normal. Well that wasn’t the case! I feel more tense, aggravated and annoyed after paying more than $75 and not being satisfied!!! So very frustrating!"

"Two stars because the location is clean, good customer service and very low wait time. My pedicure came out descent, nothing to set it apart from the many other options. The low rating is for my nails, I had a fill for gel nails more than one time and in ONE week of getting my nails done, they look horrible. Like dull and coming apart. Not worth it for the prices! Stick with a pedicure only."

"This is actually the best experience I’ve gotten for a pedicure; Shawn was so gentle and delicate with my nails. Kripa did my removal and she was also very pleasant. The environment is very clean and options for nail colors were extensive. & it was very welcoming ! Will definitely be back :-)"

"Nice service and people are friendly. I just walked in for a pedicure and they made time for me. The facility is clean and the price is reasonable. But my feet don't he feel smooth at all, feels like they didn't get rid of all the dead skin!"
