"I was visiting family in town and came in for a regular manicure based on the reviews. I think the reviews mentioning “clean” must be from 2-3 years ago during Covid times because the salon was filthy. Literally garbage on the stations, used nails laying around, and a think layer of acrylic nail dust on absolutely every surface. My throat and head hurt from the air and lack of cleanliness. I also didn’t see any sterilization in machine or tools coming out of sterilized bags. Maybe they do good nail art as that’s what I saw most people doing (acrylic nail design). But for someone who cares about a clean, sanitary salon, go elsewhere."

"I booked an appointment after doing research on the best salon in my area. Nail Pro had a 4.6 star review with over 500 reviews, what could go wrong? When I called to make an appointment, the woman that answered was busy talking to clients & taking payment. I suppose that should have been my first red flag & I should have looked elsewhere, but I booked anyway because the reviews looked promising. I showed the individual that helped me to the pedicure chair the look I was going for for my nails, but the color swatches really did not have the color I was looking for. I asked if there were more colors to which she replied they did, they had “a lot”. I settled on a color but it really was not what I was looking for as the lady said they did not have anything similar - I wanted a neutral, nude pink.. apparently that’s a hard color to purchase. The individual that did my manicure & pedicure was Kim - the pedicure was rushed & she didn’t ask if I liked the color, shape or anything. Onto my manicure.. she started filing my nails before even asking what shape I wanted. I told her the color was not what I was looking for, her response was “this is the color you picked”.. After going back & forth with her & another individual she called over to help, I just told her to do just do a french manicure. You could tell she was impatient & it was clear to me she didn’t care about making a paying customer happy. So thank you, Nail Pro for ruining my nails for my wedding & wasting my money, I guess they’ll have to do since I won’t have time the next 2 days before my wedding day."

"I went to this nail salon for the first time without planning. With previous bad experiences with other salons I was skeptical, but needed a mani and pedi so bad. I had Annie- she was absolutely amazing. I did not have any idea of what I wanted cause I went unplanned, and just told her I want some fall color and she helped me chose. I asked for some flowers and she did it perfectly. I do not do my nails frequently so when a nail tech asks me about colors and stuff I just get lost- other salons if it does not look good they just say “that’s the color you picked”. But with Annie this was such a relaxed and amazing experience. I love that she helps with colors and gives advice for people like me that do these services occasionally. Will definitely return."

"The first time I came here, I had a great experience and my nails turned out really cute. This time I had a different lady that was a little rough with me and I tried to communicate to her about the -what was supposed to be- flowers but I don’t think she wanted to hear it so I just sat and watched while she painted these doo doo nails. If I went back again I’d just ask for Mia because she did great the first time!"
